About The Venue
Ray’s Playhouse is a modern purpose-built building that is perfect for hosting your children’s party! The venue offers a superb range of facilities including an extensive indoor and secure outdoor space for your exclusive use.
We have children’s tables and chairs, dedicated children’s toilets, new fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. For more detailed information please see our FAQs section. There is also a covered buggy park and off-street parking for two cars included with your party rental.
The outdoor space has a wonderful explorer’s sand pit with an exciting play structure that inspires children’s imagination and support their physical needs. There are no toys provided for parties.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the Playhouse is available from 9.30-1pm and 2.30pm-6pm. Monday to Friday, subject to availability, please enquire about hiring for parties or community meetings.

Rates & Information
Times: Parties can be booked from 9.30am-1pm or 2.30-6pm at weekends. Please contact the Playhouse to check for Friday availability. Our site manager will meet and greet you at the Playhouse for your booking and return to lock up at the end of your party.
Please note that your payment includes a £50 refundable deposit to cover for any unforeseen breakages. This will be refunded within 14 days after your party.
Please make sure that you check through our FAQ’s and Booking Terms prior to booking.
Cost: The price is shown in the booking calendar for 3.5 hours on Saturday and Sunday. You must leave the Playhouse as you found it and removal all party refuse.

How to Book:
- Select your day and time and complete the details requested in the booking form.
- We use Paypal to instantly confirm your reservation. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit or debit card – simply choose “Guest Checkout” and complete your debit or credit card details (all cards accepted). If you do have a PayPal account then login as usual to complete the payment.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied.
- If you wish to change you booking please email us . Changes are subject to a £25.00 fee and are subject to availability.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR PARTY YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A 50% REFUND IF RAY’S PLAYHOUSE ARE ABLE TO RE-LET THE SPACE FOR ANOTHER PARTY.
- If the venue is required to closed due to Government guidelines or other safety reasons your booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be made via PayPal within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
If you are unable to pay online please email or call us on 020 7371 9002. We can only hold a verbal or email reservation for 48hrs and availability can change at short notice. Please read our booking terms & conditions if you need to change your plans.
